Purpose
The purpose of this subsidy is to introduce the commercialization of stationary fuel cell power generation system, promote the development and application of multiple energy sources, and improve of the capacity of domestic distributed generation.
Entities Eligible for Application
Organizations that are legally approved, accredited, and registered as a company, foundation, public or private medical institutions, or schools.
Scope of Subsidy
(1)The stationary fuel cell system should only be purchased after the contract is signed and should be utilized within R.O.C (Taiwan) only.
(2)The allowed installation capacity should be above 1 kW but not over 500 kW for one qualified organization per year.
(3)The subsidy for each installation ranges from NT$50,000/kW to NT$70,000/kW.
Application Procedure
(1)Application: Applicants should prepare the application form, project proposal, self-check form, verification project plan, and proof documents. All the required documents should be submitted in person (the receiving stamp from authority is essential) or via registered mail (subject to the time stated as the proof of delivery) to the authority’s mail-receiving office during the application month starting from May 1st to May 31st, 2024. Late delivery of the application will not be accepted.
(2)The required documents include:
1.The applicant’s basic information (for joint project, each applicant should fill out the information form respectively) and the qualification documents. Photocopy documents must be sealed by both the applicant and company/organization representative.
2.The landlord owner of the installation and operation site shall issue an agreement document to the applicant for available use of the land for at least three years and six months.
3.Letter of declaration based on Subsidy Statement 12-3.
4.Other necessary documents requested by the authority.
Program Implementation Period / Application Period
Every year from May 1st to May 31st. (Since 2024)
